<description>I am a consultant working in a desi company and is in a situation where i dont know what are my rights in given situation. I asked my employer a very simple question that what is the current rate they are geting from my client company. I came to know that they are taking about more than 54% of the rate which is completely unacceptable. But they refused to answer any of my emails.

Can i have some rights in this situation.

I will really appreciate your help.

<description>Great advice, this is unfortunately a situation where most individuals are intimidated to stand up for their rights, however, this post explains a lot.</description>

		<description>Hi ,

I am a H1-B candidate for an employer here in u.s. I work for an MNC in bay area(CA). That MNC had me working for them through its vendor(XX) and that vendor has a vendor (YY) who took me from my employer(ZZ - my H1b company). For my job, vendor XX had 6 month contract with YY. But YY had 12 month contract with my employer ZZ. For some person MNC had decided to continue me on job with a new vendor AA, removing XX. MNC has given clear communication saying the contract for my job is over with XX.

Now the middle vendor YY is creating issue threating that he would file a case and held back the payment whats due to my employer. Middle vendor is creating lot confusion that working with that MNC has to go through him if i need to continue my working with that MNC.

Kindly help me to know if its legal what middle vendor is doing. Any references to the topic are highly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

<description>I am senior Chartered Accountant from India and a CPA form America with more than 35 years of experience. I applied for H1b visa and it has been approved. Now my employer is avoiding to communicate with me. I would appreciate if you could kindly appraise me as to what my rights are in this regard.
