Why Cursing at a Judge is NOT a Good Idea
I just came across this news story where a fellow called a judge an “SOB” several times. The judge found him in contempt of court and sentenced him to nearly 3 years in prison. Newsflash: judges can throw people in jail for disturbing the decorum of the court. Think twice before taking on a judge. That probably goes for some lawyers too. To read more about it, go this link.
I agree 100 percent they are a bunch of bias tyrants and thieves. Theres no Justice I the United States court system unless you have the MONEY to be represented and to be of their satisfaction.
Junior, your statement is simply false. Judges jobs are basically to listen to and consider the facts and circumstantial evidence from both sides and make a sound decision as to ones guilt or innocense. This is where your wrong. If you are truly innocent, a high priced lawyer is not neccesary, the truth is the truth and the judge is not stupid. Any attorney will do a good job and win if your truly innocent. Now, if your guilty and trying to say your innocent, this is where you will incure huge expenses. The bigger the lies, the bigger the price, because now you are fighting for your very life. There are attorneys who are goid with plea deals, some are good with creating reasonable doubt, while others words alone can make things so ridiculous or unlikey that they can evenly hang a jury, and then you have the ones who can pick apart everything that happened before, during, and after the arrest tgat they 99% of the time will find fault on law enforcements side that they will get the whole case thrown out on a technacallity. So realky its not about your weakth as much as it is about your guilt. The more guilty you are, the mire expensive your representation will be, easy peezy, so please quit whining about how unfair it is and just be a law biding citizen which is apparent that you are not, because a law biding citizen would have no reason to have this complaint, correct? So save your bleeding heart for subhects that actually pertain to you and stop wasting everyones time with your foolish comments.!!!!
